(I would edit my previous post but it has not been cleared by Moderators yet) So I was able to (with another fresh install) fix my launching issue so I can access my characters but the user content is still obstinately not wanting to show. It is downloaded and even shows itself in Manage Third Party Updates however does not allow me access to it for use.
