Personnel loses within a small teamwork hit MUCH harder, everyone should have some experience with this fact and hopefully that will mitigate anyone's ire at delays.
That said, I have found this product to be worth the wait in EVERY way. Sure, a lot of the features are yet to be released. But LWD has a good track record (in my book) with doing what they say they will.
