v1.8 of the JDMG file has been released and is available to download:

Bugs: Animate the Dead costing two talents, Silent Killer altering stats, riot foam stats wrong, Sov officer cost, cabalist lacking function to upgrade to hero, Lone Vigilante not having starting hero level upgrades, Sidekick not working properly, no bionics showing on other Mega City Judges, Punk in Mobster gang not upgradeable.
Updates: Added more unit images, hiding Rifle Scopes if no Rifle taken, Wealthy doubles credit limit, Power Within increases Psi, updated/improved Talent descriptions throughout
The next planned stage is to include even more talent functionality and Campaign Territories
