I'm really not sure how to go with this, so bear with me.
How do I use the handwraps weapon, exactly?
Do I need two to make use of them in a Monk?
Is equipping them supposed to affect your damage, like when putting Agile or Acid on it?
Am I supposed to be able to use them with Flurry of Blows?
