There is actually no default font and size. Each section of the character sheet defines its own look, and each game system uses its own look. I'm afraid both that I possess no master list of what fonts and font sizes were used, and that the printout writing can't be resized by users.
We did make sure to use fonts that are installed by default in Windows, Mac, and Linux.
