WOTC sent an email informing me that I had to combine my multiple DDI/WOTC accounts. Jumped through the hoops, called their support number and got all fixed. As of today, DDI is up and running for me through IE.

Hello D&D Insider!

Thank you so much for using the D&D Insider tools. We are contacting you because we are updating our account systems soon (planned for March 21, 2017) and want to make sure you can still access D&D Insider when we make the switch. The good news is that ensuring you have access will only take a few minutes.

Users must have a new Wizards Account (as of 03/21/2017) in order to access these tools. If you haven't already, please create a new Wizards of the Coast account using these step-by-step instructions, and we'll associate your D&D Insider account with it. When we switch over to the new system, you'll be able to use everything as normal.

Migrating to our new account system is pretty easy. If you don't already have a Wizards Account, just follow these steps:

1. Go to http://accounts.wizards.com
2. Click the "Login" button
3. Enter your DDI Account credentials and click "Login"
4. You will be walked through the process of creating new Wizards Account credentials and reviewing your account information
5. That's it.

If you already have a new Wizards Account but haven't combined it with your DDI account, don't fret! Click the link above, login to your Wizards account using your Wizards Account credentials (not your DDI credentials). From the Account Details page click the "Combine Accounts" button and enter your DDI login credentials to go through the migration process.

Thanks and please remember to contact Wizards Customer Service if you have any problems with this switch or anything else at all. The gnomes on the phones there will be happy to help!

Sincerely,
The D&D Team
