There's a problem with the autoupdate configuration for the remotely hosted version in AB (which is being picked up as the update as it still says Warhammer 40k 5th Edition), but if you look in the downloads available there is a Warhammer 40k 6th Edition option, choose that one instead. Alternatively go to
http://www.ab40k.org/filebase.php?c=4 and download the file from there.
