Got it. Go to the Items tab of Cygnar.dat and access "cyquic". Click the Overrides button and double-click on the description in the table. Clip off ", {i}Reach{/i}" from the description and save the file. Next time you load up the Cygnar file, you'll find that Reach is no longer referenced for Quicksilver.
My lack of experience with the tool is showing... it took me 2 days to realize there was more text in that table.
