I'm glad you found your files. I just tested the dwarf roster in AB3.3, and it seems to be working fine based on my knowledge of Warhammer - I can add a runic weapon or runic armor to any Dwarf character and add runes to it. You might want to try downloading and installing the Warhammer data files again to see if that fixes the problem; if not, can you describe your issue in more detail?
