Diabolist not in herolab ?

Do we have to bought an add-on to have access to the Diabolist? On of my player want to use that PC. If yes, wich one?;)
 
From inside HL go to License->Purchase Data Package.... and log in to the website. Then look for "Pathfinder RPG Campaign Setting #3" which for 4.99 includes Book of the Damned Vol1.

Once you purchase that add-on then reactivate your license and you will have access to those books then.
