The Wizard has a field near the bottom of the class tab that says "Choose Companion Type" and another with "Arcane Familiar at level:" - those don't help? BTW, look at srd_arcanefamiliars with a text editor any you will see the data there - the editor doesn't include the capability to edit that information yet. That file just defines the familiars themselves, though.
