Psionic/Magic Transparency

Is there any way to put in a global rule that implements Psionics/Magic Transparency?

This would mainly apply to feat prerequisites -- I've tried adding a caster level adjustment to a non-caster class (actually a psionic manifester class) but that does not seem to work. I can do this on a feat by feat basis, but that seems...tedious.

Not really familiar with the term or what it would entail. Could you give me some references?

It's out of the psionics rulebook. The short definition is that psionics is treated as magic if they should interact in any way.

An extension of this is that feats that aren't otherwise re-written for psionics work as well. So, as psionics is treated like magic, "manifesters" (psionicists) are treated as spellcasters for feats, etc.
