Got help from the guys at Lone Wolf.
Here's what to do...
In the editor of your campaign in the "Campaign tab", click on "Bootstraps".
Click "Click to add another bootstrap".
To re add Phystical you need a line that says...
"strPhys" in the text field next to choose.
To add Social you need a line that says...
"strSocial" in the text field next to choose.
You can also add as many new stress tracks you like there including new ones you created.
