This is a massive update that not only includes my work on Tome of Battle but also work from others, including a lot of Forgotten Realms data submitted by TobyFox2002. I'm not going to guarantee no problems, but I downloaded 1.9 to a clean install of HL, then updated it to this release and it compiles without any issues.
