I know which "teach your friend to play" set you are talking about,
much like Magic the Gathering's Portal edition cards, but I am pretty
sure "Storms over Matsu Palace" is like "Battle at Beiden Pass" in
that while they are pre-constructed decks, the cards are all
legitimate, normal L5R tournament worthy cards.

But I'll check to make sure.
