hi, i have a question about dark angels command squads in
armybuilder. In Codex: Dark Angels, it says that any master or grand
master may be upgraded to Master or Grand Master of the Deathwing,
enabling him access to a deathwing command squad, why can't i do
this in army builder without having a Deathwing Army, because
according to the rules i should be able to?
