You can't give sorcs the MoTz. The Tzeentch army has nor sorcs, when you
build a Tzeentch army you take 'normal' chaos characters and give them magic
levels.

This is not entirely correct:
A Sorceror cannot have the Mark of Tzeentch (p42)
Buying MoT for a Hero makes him a lvl 2 sorceror, a Lord becomes lvl
4 (p47)
A Tzeentch army _can_ tale sorcerors, but they must aty undivided
(p55)

Works fine for me. Are you selecting a Chaos Daemon Army from
the 'Select Army List' menu when you go to create a roster?
