I'm pretty sure you need to zip up the user file to attach it. The forum doesn't accept attachments of the .user type.

Racial specials are created in General -> Specials.

This file was included by accident because I suck, but it's relatively harmless. The extraneous Bof source is caused by the spell Eyebite.
