I am also experiencing the same issue - Left it running and it took 45 min for the launcher to come up, but I can't sign in.

I did enter a bug report.

I've been getting the same C++ error all morning. It's happening in a variety of situations, but usually when updating links. I did do a bug report- but this is frustrating...

I didn't think to look at my own user files - the Chosen of Mystra made me think it was something with the update. I did indeed have a cAAAA from an old file...
