Need Help! Ancestries not showing up

I just purchased HeroLab online and the PF2 package. When I try to make my character, the only ancestries that I see to choose from are Human, Elf, and Dwarf and for the life of me, I cant figure...

So Archetypes and Backgrounds are two separate things in 5E. Which one are you talking about? In the Editor > Help > Tutorial 3 talks about how to make Archetypes

Correct, and then if you still want to full text and real names of things, once you bring in the data, it would be super easy to just go in and add the full text and real names of things on your own...
