My issue is that the handwraps aren't weapons, so there isn't the possibility of having the same sort of functionality available for a weapon...

Hello,

I have a monk who has handwraps of mighty blows +1.

The handwraps are in the gear section, not weapons. I can't see any way to add the +1 to hit bonus to his fists.

Am I missing...

As of yet, no there is not. As far as I know, the sharing of info is a two stage process: the DM syncs then the players sync. That's why the ability to use a second screen is so important.
