The DDI character builder isn't that bad. Sure, it runs slow, but it still works fairly well. It's more for people just wanting to build quick, run of the mill characters. I wouldn't suggest it...

Definitely came up in our last game. It would be nice to fix this. My players found Dazzle to be an extremely useful, doubly so when they found out they could apply it to the Extra Senses feature...
