Nope just one. It will require you to "reactivate" the 64 bit after installing it but that is it. Be aware it won't prompt you to reactivate you just have to go to the License menu and do it...

I am pretty sure this means you started the 32bit...
I am pretty sure this means you started the 32bit version of the program not the 64bit version. Cause when I run the 64 bit it shows v8.9 Beta. When I run 32bit it says v8.8h. :)

You don’t need a NEW key you just need to reactivate the key because its a different version number for the 64bit...
