Check out the Haunted Highlands
BoomerET, if you haven't yet, you should check out the Haunted Highlands setting for C&C. I has really added a lot to the world/game... IMO Maybe you'll want to start playing again.

I am attempting to incorporate both of them...

Got the authoring kit a few weeks back and...
Got the authoring kit a few weeks back and started working with it. Would it be easier to start by copying, (New,Copy button) of the original 3.5 and then add SW/T data? Or just start from scratch?
