You can pay $9.99 for access to HLO and then another $9.99 to migrate your existing HLC content over to HLO.

This probably requires you to link your HLC licenses properly to your HLO account...

I wonder if somehow all of your syncs are being rejected because some sort of account quota has been exceeded on the cloud system.

I've just imported a character from HLC, and it has "Immunity to Fire (120 points)" listed in its immunities.

This, presumably, is from the Protection From Energy spell adjustment on the character...
