Tool tips tricky to use - UI issue

I have found an annoyance with the tool tips in the UI.

Once you have a tool tip open, you seem to need to move your cursor quite far away from the point it is at to open another tool tip.

I just tried the normal print preview and like DannyBoy2K has noted, it appears fine on that view.
