I can't save characters as pdfs. I also tried to update the pdf plug in. it downloads but then says a program is running that uses pdfs. I am unable to see anything except hero lab running that uses...

I am assuming that hero lab is unable to have characters above level 20. Is that correct and if so is there plans for beyond level 20 in the future?
