Pragmatic Activator Trait?

Apparently I transferred my primary license to my iPad somehow or another. So, I now applied my secondary license to my PC and both seem to work.
Guess it doesn't matter...

I'm getting a validation error when I try and add new licenses (both fake and real) to my character. It says I need to choose a domain, but I don't see any option to do so and am not entirely sure...
