I have to imagine it will be fairly soon after GenCon. The amount of material they managed to get in for release was pretty significant, and weapons shouldn't be much of a deal by comparison.

Umm...all of the archtypes from Ultimate Magic are out (assuming you have the UM data package). A few still have "not yet implemented" features, but they are all available to select and use.

Yeah. However, reach isn't manually defined for every creature...most seem to inherit their reach from their size; the exception is for creatures that have a non-standard reach to begin with.
