That's an interesting workaround that I didn't...
That's an interesting workaround that I didn't think about. Some GMs won't let you take a movement power higher than the campaign PL because you 'could' Slam with it and exceed the PL damage cap....

...requires 2 ranks (4pp), not 1 rank (2pp) (just like the Comprehend Objects version). Please fix so I can make my plant girl with the proper cost =(

Permanent Effects Changed to Sustained and Subtle?
According to MnM3E, (Page 92, left column, second paragraph under "Noticing Power Effects") a Permanent effect changed into a Sustained effect becomes Noticeable. Is this not the case with Sensory...

hi =)
when you pick a power (blast 10 @ 20pp, for example), add a drawback on that power (Reduced Range 2 @ -2pp, for example), and then add an alternate power, the maximum cost of the alternate...
