Adding custom feats based on ability stat?

Hi,

I'm looking for tips on how to allow an ability score to affect how many custom feats I can add.

For instance having 10 in the stat gives you 1 Minor Feat.
Having 13 gives you 1 Minor and...

There is an "all" background option on the abilities - but that only says who it is available for, the trick is to add the correct fields to all backgrounds so you can select it.

It was "First" (since most scripts I see examples of here are that way), but changing it to "Post-Attributes" got it working :)

If you do it in the other order it assumes you've added the modifiers.

Are there any way to add these via the editor?
