Magic Item Error

When adding a Neclace Of Fireballs to a character who is all ready wearing another necklace, it creates a error.

Yes
I have even tried just changing existing info, DSamage die or damage type, and still get the same message after saving to the d20 fiolder.

Okay, I added the new weapon. Used "NEW(Blank)", created new id and
name, entered new data, saved entry, and then used "save as" to make a new file (weapon.dat) in the d20 folder.
