Then it might be a conflict with the multiple times trying to get it installed. You'll likely need to go in and remove the files that are there and try to install it again just once. Otherwise...

I think jbear was saying that he went into some of the files and changed those specific things. Perhaps they were things in some files jbear created that are a conflict with these Savage Rifts files....

Aha! If HL runs into errors like that it won't load ANY data files. Do you have other data files loaded as well? Also there should be more details in the message than just that, such as what the ID...
