Yeah... that's been a longtime request. Back in 2E, we were told it was a technical limitation. I don't know if that might have changed with 3E, which did restructure a bit.

When HeroLab is open, it's basically a text file with XML of the various calculations and rules. It's not really something you can change, but you can sometimes look up what to replace.

Er... not really. It started in the 2E Masterminds Manual, and got moved into the 3E Gadget Guides, specifically the 3E Utility Gadget Guide, which was in the same update as the Power Profiles.
