Every time I start HL, it says that an update for Hero Images (v1.0) is available. I have already downloaded it (at least twice now, it seems), and it seemd to be successful. There are quite a few...

Really? I would think you could just copy over D&D, and just swap out a few skills and classes and such. Another nice thing is, it also has an OGL.
