You can make them yourself! I haven't played around with this much, but I think you can modify an existing realm structure or make one from scratch, and do a structure only export.

Case doesn't matter, so cl 5 should also work.

The only way I've ever found to work around this is to add placeholder zeros (e.g. "2" is numbered "002"). Don't know if that would work here or not.
