Why rename files?

So I am uploading encounter files to realmworks from Combat Manager, and some other PDF's / Excel files etc. When you download them however it gives them some ridiculous randomized name.

On the search function bar at the top left above all the items in your world. The settings button has a menu option for Sorting by Prefix, and showing Prefix before terms.
