AND IT WORKED!!!!

Thanks guys, I went to User > "Me" > AppData > Local and deleted RW folder. Launched RW and still my username is locked.

Can you be more specific with which master folder needs deleting or if...

I signed up for player's edition RW to see all the great work our DM was adding to our Realm, all was well when... DM came over for a face to face game and wanted to login into his DM...
