Which is a pain, since it means you can't check if a bug already exists. You can still share the links. I maintain a thread of bugs (admittedly almost all reported by me) for Mutants and Masterminds.

Not an employee, but I think that the $35 cost is Hero Lab Online plus one system. $25 is if you already own HLO, and are just adding the system.
