Got it working now. Looked at the timing list and set it to right before the Magical Knack trait and now it seems to work.

Ported Practiced Spellcaster feat not working

I found where someone ported over the practiced spellcaster feat and tried it myself but it doesn't appear to be working. The feat should add +4 to the caster level up to your maximum character...
