Not enough room for skills

I have one heck of a character and am running into issues now. My character is a silver half-dragon. I changed the half dragons so that they have racial skills from UA instead of the points going into class skills. I have levels in fighter and the variation thug class from Unearthed Arcana. I also have levels of cleric and rogue. I have made my own prestige class that I am trying to take levels of. My problem is that the program only give skill points to five classes. When I add a level in the new class, it takes away my rogue class and puts the points from it in the new class. Also I do not recieve any more points from the class. I know that the class works correctly because I can make a new character with it that works fine.

Hi there,

Sorry for the late reply! With the next release of HL, we're planning to
add the ability to take a 6th class, so your problem should be solved soon.

Thanks for your patience,
