Yeap...was mostly wondering how I DON'T have the templates in the class-list. I've tried removing NPC and Prestige classes and all, but can't find anything for the templates...it's getting a bit cluttered, especially with the extra 'homemade' classes in there too.

Are you saying that you want to turn off the inclusion of templates and
can't figure out how?

Or are you saying that no templates are appearing for you and you want to
get them to show up?

If the latter, please remember that all templates appear AFTER normal
classes in the class list, since they will be used very rarely.

Speak for yourself. :)

No, I want to turn them off, since they get mixed in with my own, 'homemade' classes, and the chances of OUR group using them is slim to none.

Boy, you are quite the contrarian at times....

For a typical 10th level character that employs templates, exactly how many different templates will that one character have? When you compare the ratio of "template" to "non-template" selections used for that character, what is the actual ratio in the typical game? If the ratio is one-out-of-five or less, then that more than justifies putting the templates at the end of the list, since it means 80+% of the time users will not have to wade through the long list of stuff they don't want to see.

There's no way to do that at the moment, but it's a valid point. We'll add a ruleset so that they can be turned off from the Configure Hero form. We'll also have complex filtering and sorting in soon, which will allow you to filter lists by whatever criteria you want.

That wasn't my intent...which is why I added the smiley.

Smiley?!?! Hmmm. Upon closer inspection, there was a smiley there. I use email for all the forum stuff. And it appears that the character used by the forums for a smiley appears in Eudora as a piece of screen lint. Literally, it consists of just a couple of pixels and looks more like screen lint than anything identifiable. At 3am or so, the day after getting back from a tradeshow, I never even noticed it. I'll have to pay closer attention in the future....
