Unexplained attack penalty

I have a character in a portfolio that suddenly has a -5 untyped penalty to attack with all her weapons. I might have sold off a weapon (or even a stack of weapons) that were still equipped after moving all the equipment of some defeated enemies from their inventories to hers.

Is there any way to fix this short of replacing the character in the portfolio with a remade version? (I really don't want to have to C&P all the journal entries)
 
Never mind. I figured out what was going on.

I had a bunch of conditions turned on from the last fight.
