stacking items with irng apply "stats" for first only?

revision, sorry: meant to say that the CURRENT state of them is they
add cost for every one, and I want them to. What they DONT do is add
their atributes, like "stat:hp+3" for every one, and I DO need them
too i kinda misworded the title lol. thanks, sorry.

You can't do this just with raw items; as the 'irng' documentation states,
it's a very lightweight mechanism. If you want to add the stats more than
once, add a tweak to the item that adds to the stat, and make it ranged
(using zsta and zrng attributes). Users can then add the item once, click
on it in the roster view, and adjust the adjustable things as they wish.
