I've checked several pages in the FAQ and either the bifocals aren't up to par or I've just missed it.
How does one adjust the XP progression in the Pathfinder Hero Lab?
Any and all help appreciated.

In the Configure your Hero popup screen. This screen appears when you make a new hero or when you select Character->Configure Hero... in the menu.

The option for XP progression is in the list of options on the right. You can set defaults there also if you want it to be the default progression for all characters.
