Increased Duration

Hey, Colen-

wanted to let you know, after a few discussions and a re-read of the applicable rules, that the Increased Duration Advantage needs to be limited to one level of effect- it doesn't accumulate like it did in 2nd Edition. Confirm as needed with the Powers That Be™.

This means Instant caps at Concentration and Sustained caps at Continuous. The one exception is Nullify, which spells out Concentration and Sustained (first requiring Concentration) as Advantages for the Effect.

This was actually something that I checked with GR back in July when I was working on stuff - they said it was fine to leave it the M&M2 way, where you could go multiple steps by paying extra ranks. Well spotted, though :)
