Modify Training and Leveling Skill Bonuses
 

My group and I play 4e, but we've been homebrewing in proficiency from 5e instead of using skill training from 4e in the same way.

For this, we'd like to do a couple things, and I'm not quite sure how to mod it in hero lab:

1. change the skill training bonus from +5 to 7 plus your level, divided by 4, rounded down.
2. remove the 1/2 level buff to all 4e ability scores.

Does anyone know where and how to make these changes? Thanks!

That's deeper into the game system than we've attempted, I'm afraid. I do suspect that your change is going to be tricky, because as far as I can tell the existing Skill system starts with the ability roll level buff and adds the training boost from there.
