Major Changes:

1. Character flaws are explicitly banned
2. Faction goals are updated
3. Datafiles Capstone: You can now transfer any vanity boon
4. SEASON BOON (YEAR OF SCOURED STARS)
5. Gave the Master Crafter feat a purpose
6. Added the 5 nova Rubrick
7. Changes to Partial credit rules for APs
8. Starships are now in a separate document

Is that change list an official posting, or something assembled by someone other than Paizo's Organized Play staff? Could you give me a link to the original source for that, please?

@Mathias, there is no official changelog that I am aware of. That lost is not exhaustive of changes, just the major ones. If you would like, I can go through and do a more exhaustive list. I make them by taking the text out of the previous PDF and comparing it to the text of the new PDF.

And I am not on the Org Play staff.
