Edge: Quick error

In the core SWADE, Quick Edge cannot be taken if also Hesitant (see page 25). The validation on this is backwards where it says "hero.tagis[Hindrance.hinHesitant] <> 0" so throws an error that you must have Hesitant. I think this should read = 0 instead of <>.
Level Headed is the same way...

Yep, that's fixed and will go out with the next update.
