Mule Back Cords

Are the Mule Back Cords part of the Hero Lab package or or they an item that needs to be user created? I can't seem to locate them in HL.

They are a magic item in the APG that allows you to increase your carrying capacity.

Do you own the APG package?

If so, check the Configure Hero form (ctrl-k) - do you have APG turned on?

Ha, Im an idiot... I had the familiars box checked but not the APG box. Thanks...
